By accessing or using the services provided by GetPilates.app ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("User") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

GetPilates.app offers personalized Pilates programs based on information provided by the User through an online questionnaire. These programs are accessible via our mobile application ("App").

3. User Obligations

• Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• Account Information: Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
• Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Subscription Plans: Access to the App requires a subscription. Details of subscription plans and pricing are available within the App.
• Payment: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Users authorize GetPilates.app to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method provided.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

6. Health Disclaimer

The services provided by GetPilates.app are intended for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GetPilates.app or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetPilates.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

9. Modifications to Terms

GetPilates.app reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
